Another amazing sight

PhytoplanktonIncredible right? That’s the edge of a crashing tide upon one of the many beaches of the Maldive Islands. It’s simply illuminating, like the countless amazing projects being carried out by our school.

However, there is a science behind it. It’s caused by the millions of tiny little plankton/algae that have a biomechanic which allows only particles of light to pass through their bodies as a warning to other creatures, as these little microbes produce harmful toxins. Read the rest of this entry

Tehas.

So I went to Texas last week, expecting it to be pretty different from California,  however, it turns out that much of Texas is pretty similar to the area I live in California.  I understand that there are some other rural places that are different,  but everywhere has rural areas. Other than that, it wass an awesome trip with steak, NASA, and cajun food. Read the rest of this entry

Now you see me… NOW YOU DON’T????

So right now we have a few methods to help us become unseen, that being just the normal camouflage which relies on the inability of others to detect differences in the environment, and we also have a more technological advancement which projects a picture from behind to the front, therefore mimicking invisibility. HOWEVER!
